Ultra Aluminum Board
Ultra Board is the ultimate foam board, even stronger then gator board. Ultra Board is like Foam Board but with a high impact plastic surface instead of a paper surface. ULTRA BOARD is a heavy-duty, all-plastic panel that features a litho-grade, high-impact polystyrene surface perfect for screen printing and digital printing. It is ideal for permanent displays and signs. Ultra Board is designed for interior use and is favored for its durability. The dent-resistant styrene liners are secured to the foam center with a remarkable bond that keeps the panel flat and rigid. The Ultra Board surface does not allow moisture to penetrate, so inks and paints stand out vividly for screen-printed, digital-printed, or painted images. Boasting its versatility, Ultra Board can be cut with a circular saw, router, i-cut, or scroll saw, or can be hand-cut or die-cut. Ultra Board is lightweight, strong, warp-resistant and is an exceptional value. Ultra Board stock colors are white or black face with white or black foam core. Custom color matched liners are also available with your choice of either a white or black foam core. Standard sheet sizes are 48" x 96", 60" x 96" and 60" x 120" in 3/16" to 3" thickness. Ultra Mount Peel and Stick
UltraBoard DP is rigid polystyrene foam core panel faced with an 18 point ultra white coated paper liner. The poly coated Kraft paper liner has been specifically engineered to provide an excellent printing surface for digital printing, and with great rigidity, UltraBoard DP will not warp. Ultraboard White DP
White Foam Board / Foamcore is a very strong, lightweight and easily cut art material useful for sign making, backing artwork, mounting photographic art prints, framing,and 3D design and sculpture. White Foam board consists of three layers; an inner foam layer of polystyrene sandwiched between an outer facing board of clay coated paper. Non-Memory foam board is used to make cut out shapes where the edges get pinched and remain pinched. The standard white foam board has a built-in memory, allowing it to return to its original thickness after cutting. Foam board does not hold up well to wet adherents and is therefore not suitable for wet painting. For painting, Gatorboard is recommended. However for sign painting with acrylics, as a temporary signage it is unmatched in its economy.
